By customizing this first touchpoint, we aim to equip you with the tools necessary to tailor your guest interactions right from the start, ultimately driving increased engagement and sales.

How It Works

INTO AI leverages the First Inquiry Template, which you configure in your company account through the INTO customer portal, to generate responses that are personalized to each guest’s initial question. The template uses the context of the guest’s inquiry and combines it with your brand’s unique style to craft an engaging response.

To set up this template, follow these steps:

  1. Access the customer portal https://guesty.weareinto.ai/home or click on the INTO Customer Portal from the compose menu.
  2. Go to the “AI” section and select “Message Template.”
  3. Activate the First Inquiry Template and enter your custom template in the text box provided. Use the variable options in the upper-right corner to further personalize your template, allowing the AI to replace variables with the correct values from each conversation.
