Calendar Integration

IINTO AI is now directly integrated with the Guesty Calendar, allowing our AI Message engine to handle guest inquiries about availability in real-time.

Previously, when a guest sent a message asking about availability, you had to manually check the Guesty Calendar. This involved opening the calendar, searching for the available dates, and then crafting a response.

Now, our AI engine automatically handles this process. When a guest inquires about property availability for specific dates, INTO AI instantly checks the Guesty Calendar and generates a suggested message within seconds, informing the guest whether the dates are available or not.

You can easily find the AI-generated response in:

  • Copilot Suggestion: The suggested message will appear from Copilot, ready for you to review and send.
  • Compose Button: Click the Compose button to see the AI’s suggested message.

We encourage you to test this new feature either in the playground or directly within the Guesty inbox when you receive an availability inquiry, it will enhance the quality of the AI messages and response time.
