Here's how this feature works: When you compose a message, it will automatically be generated in the language of the guest's last message. You can then translate it into your preferred language using the menu of the Compose button to understand the message, and then translate it back to the guest's language. This ensures smooth communication and eliminates language barriers, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional service.
