  • Data Enrichment Tab: Have a quirky feature that makes your property stand out? Add it here—whether it’s instructions for using a vintage record player or turning on the hot tub. The AI incorporates these details into responses to create personalized guest interactions.

Unlocking the Power of Data Enrichment

Picture this: A guest sends a message late at night asking how to adjust the heating. Typically, you’d need to check your listing for this information or reach out to your team for help. With Data Enrichment, you’ve already uploaded detailed instructions. INTO’s AI pulls these details instantly, ensuring the guest receives a timely and helpful response without your intervention.

Adding data is simple: Navigate to the Data Enrichment tab, select “Add New,” and enter the specific information you want the AI to use. This feature ensures your communication remains seamless, accurate, and personalized, giving guests the information they need exactly when they need it.

How to add a Data Enrichment

  1. Navigate to the Listing Playground via the Playground menu item
  2. Click on the Data Enrichment tab
  3. Select Add New and choose a relevant topic
  4. Enter the details in the text box

‍Important: Avoid adding information that conflicts with the details in Guesty listings. If the data is already present in a Guesty listing, do not duplicate it, as we have already synced that data.

How to Access the Playground

  1. Log in to your portal: https://guesty.weareinto.ai
  2. Navigate to the AI section > Playground
  3. Click on any of your synced listings to enter its playground environment and start exploring
