That’s where our “Orphan Nights” AI automation comes in. With INTO’s “Orphan Nights” tool, you can now automate the process of identifying and filling these gaps, maximizing both your bookings and overall revenue.
Here’s how it works :
- Log in to your INTO account at https://str.weareinto.ai/.
- Navigate to AI > Revenue Boosters. There you’ll find “Orphan Nights”, the first of many revenue-boosting tools we’ll be introducing.
- To activate “Orphan Nights”, simply switch the toggle to “On”.
- Select the listings you want to enable orphan night detection for – either a few or all of them.
- Choose the number of consecutive unbooked nights that will be considered as orphan nights.
- Choose the number of nights to offer to the guest, it could be equal to the number of Orphan nights or less.
- Set the discount you’d like to offer guests for these nights.
- Choose the channels through which you want to promote these orphan nights.
Once everything is set up, click Save, and you’re done!
Note: Orphan nights can be detected at any time, but promotions will only be sent to guests during their stay, ensuring optimal conversion and maximizing your revenue opportunities.
